Coach + Parents
Coach + Parents
Solovyova Marina Viktorovna
I will be glad to hear from you
It is very important to build a child's training, working in close tandem with his parents. It is on this that the results of children depend.

It is on your communication, your joint productive work that the results of the child depend.

You can make friends, you can stay on a purely "business" relationship, you can call yourself a team or something else, but the quality must always be with every parent!

Parents are great assistants to the teacher, they know the special keys to correcting the behavior of their child and can help in the rapid adaptation of the child to the new coach. If there is communication.

So, what does the coach do when interacting with parents:

1. Conducts a survey (initial, intermediate, final).
2. Asks in detail about the child's medical history, medical contraindications.
4. Receives a request from the parent and together discusses the goals and objectives of the program.
5. Gets permission for photo / video shooting.
6. Can answer any question of the parent, explain the purpose, tasks, trained muscles and body systems in the exercise performed by the child.
7. In open lessons, agrees with the parent about his rules of behavior when present at the lesson.
8. Teaches the parent to self-train their child and gives homework.
9. Informs parents with useful literature/seminars/lectures/trainings/events.
10. Behaves calmly, respectfully, follows the speech.
11. Works in tandem throughout the entire teaching process!

The openness of parents is very important, but, of course, sometimes not everything goes smoothly and there is a disregard on the part of parents and non-acceptance of information - you also need to be able to work with this.

As I always say: the AFC specialist is primarily a psychologist.

The coach's job is to correctly provide information, to interest, to" fall in love " with the AFC, and the task of parents is to evaluate the coach's professionalism and trust him.

When a respectful and trusting relationship is established, the parents are involved in the process, the coach calmly creates, then the child opens up.

We wish you all mutual understanding and high results!
