The coach should come to training absolutely zeroed, fresh, mentally clean, leaving all the tension, negativity and anger outside the gym door.
You may not believe it, but correctly set thoughts in the morning can provide you with excellent productivity all day and high results of children.
To do this, to help you, I have developed affirmations for the AFC coach. There has definitely not been such a set for coaches yet
Imagine saying just one sentence confidently out loud or to yourself - and you are already in a different mood. And your condition is changing.
I always do that, for example. And I share with you a working life hack :)
Affirmation (from Latin affirmatio — affirmation, confirmation) is an affirmative (positive) judgment. In popular psychology, an affirmation is a positive statement, a short phrase of self—suggestion that creates the right psychological mood.
How to use - choose one or more (in the future) affirmations for the day, in the morning before work, allocate a minute of silence.
Concentrate on breathing, take a deep breath-exhale, remove all thoughts from your head and heartily read the sentence. You can do it several times.
Feel the harmony with the words you have spoken, connect with them mentally.
After that, go to your usual job, but in a slightly new way :)
Affirmations will work if you perform them daily for a week or more, for example. It's like working with children: continuity = strength.
Write reviews on the website, share your impressions, I will be happy to discuss your questions and thoughts with you.
