No matter whether you are in the country or in the city, you can easily add useful physical activity to your child in a game/household format.
If you are in the country. The child is your main assistant in gardening, involve him in all your household chores.
What you can do: 1. Carry a cart with cargo. 2. Carry filled watering cans with one or two hands and water the garden. 3. Walk barefoot on the grass, on uneven ground. 4. Carry firewood and lay it out in the woodpile. 5. Harvest with your right / left hand. 6. Relay races - run from point A to point B, carrying some object (mark a landmark, you can add obstacles for stepping). 7. Jump from hummock to hummock, walk on stumps and stand on them on one leg
If you are in the city. Turn on more activity not only in playgrounds: 1. Walk on curbs forward, backward, sideways. 2. use Chalk to draw tasks (classics/lines, etc.) and jump/walk on them. 3. Go up and down stairs sideways/backwards. 4. Ride a scooter/cross-country bike. 5. in parks: walk/run between trees, on uneven ground, jump from hummock to hummock, from stump to stump. Stand on them on one foot. 6. on the Playground: - Climb up and down the stairs with your back to the rungs; - go down the hill and climb(climb) on it; - walk on a rope ladder in different directions; - try all types of activity on the site, now there is a huge variety of them. 7. also, do not limit the child from everyday worries – if you go from the store - give the child small bags in two hands, walk more and hurry to different playgrounds and parks. 8. Take the stairs instead of the Elevator.
Outdoor activities are most useful, and a sufficient supply of oxygen will have an excellent effect on the psycho-emotional state and behavior of your little athlete.
