Morning
exercise (identifying parts of the body, permanent complex of prevention of flat feet, strengthening the muscles, posture, coordination, stretching) + playing ball (for example, kicking the ball off the floor)

During the Day
an obstacle course from improvised means + the second option of playing with the ball (for example, throws at the goal-basket, etc.)

5-6 PM
power complex, game (walk around the apartment, holding the ball on a racket / plate, for example)

- stretching, massage
Thus, the child will spend energy rationally, reduce the manifestation of undesirable behavior and self-stimulation, improve success in social orientation, the child will become better able to concentrate, perceive information, and improve health.
Remember, at first each block can include 2-3 exercises and last 3-5 minutes, gradually increasing. The capabilities of each child are individual. When creating sets of exercises, consult your teacher/coach about the choice of exercises and techniques. Safety always comes first.
