"Doing exercises at home.". - from my own experience, sometimes it sounds scary for both the parent and the child. We immediately present a large and long list of exercises and a lot of time spent on them. But no, maybe it's not as bad as it might seem.
We start implementing exercises with minimal effort - one exercise and even one repetition. But daily and systematically. Every day, add the number of repetitions, every week - exercise. During the month, an individual set of exercises is created that involves all muscle groups with a comfortable dosage for the child.
When to change exercises?
When the child performs tasks: Without a physical hint Without visual supports By verbal instruction
When we understand that the child is already "on the machine" and independently performs exercises and interest, for example, disappears - we increase the complexity of the already studied exercises (using a new inventory, for example) or add new tasks. We do not lead to a state of obsession.
Important: * The coach selects exercises individually for each child. * A home exercise diary is kept, which you can show to the trainer and get a prize every Friday if you have been practicing every day. * Wellness for the whole family-parents can work out with their child, fitness exercises are available to everyone.
