On October 30, 2023, an educational seminar for the coaching staff under the leadership of Marina Viktorovna was held for the network of the European Gymnastics Center in Moscow. It is an interesting coincidence that this day was a professional holiday — Coach's Day, and became an outstanding event emphasizing the importance of continuous development and exchange of experience in the sports environment.

Marina Viktorovna, having deep knowledge and practical experience in the field of adaptive physical culture (AFC), conducted an intensive course of lectures aimed at improving the qualifications of trainers and introducing new approaches to the training process of children with autism.

The training program lasted 9 hours and was filled with lively discussions, active interaction with the audience and detailed analysis of complex issues, which were presented in an accessible and fascinating way. The trainers who took part in the seminar noted that this format helped not only to refresh knowledge, but also to get new, relevant data that contribute to effective work with children.

Considerable attention was paid during the seminar to the practical application of the studied concepts and methods, which, according to the organizers, is a key aspect for achieving high results in coaching. At the end of the event, the participants expressed gratitude to Marina Viktorovna for the new knowledge and inspiration that they were able to draw during the seminar.

All participants of the seminar shared their confidence that the acquired knowledge will be successfully integrated into daily training practice.

The European Gymnastics Center thanks Marina Viktorovna for her contribution to the professional development of the coaching staff and congratulates all colleagues on their professional holiday, wishing further success in such an important and responsible work.
